Participate in the Meditate Milwaukee Minute
together, from wherever you are.
At 4:14 each day, take one minute to pause and breathe using the 4-1-4 Breath:
Inhale for 4
Hold for 1
Exhale for 4
Repeat for about six rounds to equal a minute of meditative time.
A sense of community is closer than you think.
Invite your friends to pause and breathe with you and with Milwaukee.
We’ll be sharing this minute together.
A chance to slow down daily, even briefly.
Join in whenever you can for this small simple ritual reset for yourself and the city.
